Are you analytical, detailed, and LOVE manipulating data?! Ajilon Atlanta, a national recruiting firm, is assisting one of our clients in the BUCKHEAD/MIDTOWN (GREATER ATLANTA AREA) with CONTRACT DATA ENTRY position. The Temporary Data Entry Specialist will provide administrative support to the departments in the organization.

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5:30pm

Compensation – Hourly: $13-$15/hour (Offer Depends on Experience)

Offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of the following:

  • Background Check
  • Two Supervisory Reference Checks
  • Completion of MS Excel and Data Entry Assessments (administered by Ajilon)
  • In-Person Interview with an Ajilon Recruiter at the office in Buckhead

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Provide general information to clients
  • Resolve any discrepancies
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Document all information into internal software system
  • Upload data quickly and efficiently

Required Qualifications:

  • Data Entry Experience (manipulation of reports, entering data, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience working on dual monitors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Data Entry KSPH of 10,000 (assessment will be administered)
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Ability to work in Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5:30pm (no remote work allowed
