Asurion looking for Data Entry Operator ($11.75/Hour + Quarterly bonus)


$11.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential


Monday through Thursday – 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Friday – 8 AM to 4:30 PM


1800 Midway Lane, Smyrna, TN 37167

Primary Purpose: 

Project a customer first attitude internally and externally to customers and clients. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.


  • Deal directly with customer’s requests’ by telephone.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by phone
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Meet required Data Entry goals
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated client coordinator in a timely manner
  • Follow up to ensure resolution has been communicated to all parties.
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Follow up with Client Coordinators on any actions needed.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of two or three years of customer service principles and practices
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Take initiative to ensure issues are resolved within a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and strive for accuracy
  • Ability to maintain focus under pressure
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
