bet365 looking for Software Developer (Remote), Web Members

As a remote worker you will be managed and supported by a dedicated remote Development Manager as well as a technical team (Web Members) where your primary tasks reside.
You will not only be challenged to deliver high quality code but will also be required to assist in the analysis and estimation of work items. You will be exposed to enterprise scale architectures and processes that are geared towards quality and delivery. We will provide all of the support you need to succeed in this role.
The Web Members area of the bet365 website deals with user registration, authentication, payments and account management – a set of responsibilities made increasingly complex due to the global and highly regulated nature of the business.
The team owns the full stack of each of the Web Members applications and services, incorporating change within an ongoing stream of customer, regulatory and technology improvements. Pragmatism and a focus on delivery for the business are paramount to the team’s continued success.

You will have commercial experience of web technologies including:
• .Net Framework – C#, MVC, VB.NET, WebForms
• HTML and CSS
• Proven track record in web development
• Relational databases – e.g. SQL Server
• Experience of working with distributed or concurrent, multi tiered applications
You will be delivery focused and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a diverse, reactive 24/7 working environment. You will be an excellent technical communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of managing multiple tasks with the ability to work independently.
A degree in a Computer Science discipline or relevant professional experience along with previous experience of working from home is desirable.
