COSIDLA, Inc. the holding company of famed sports nutrition Old School Labs is the leading seller of supplements online. We have a diverse range of customers and are soon launching a brand built on female empowerment, later this year.

We pride ourselves on having a team full of driven and innovative thought leaders and are looking to bring an experienced graphic designer to give us that edge (and sometimes soft touch) we need in our new brand!

OVERVIEW

COSIDLA, Inc. is seeking a Mid/Senior Graphic Designer with a digital-first mindset to be responsible for the creation and execution of digital ads (both static and motion); web banners; email design, social content; motion graphics, and who has a familiarity with print that will include packaging projects, event and branding/marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded self-starter that can translate project briefs as well as business goals before engaging design work. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Mid/Sr. Graphic Designer, will be responsible for the concept and execution of designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and will deliver to final production. With a passion to create their best work, the ideal candidate will also be a team player with good energy and a proven hands-on experience track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously — excellent time management and project management skills
  • Conceptualizes, elevates, maintains, and is accountable for the quality of work and timeliness of delivery across multiple creative projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail and very organized
  • Ability to work both independently of and collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams
  • Compelling visual language that works within the brand guidelines
  • Strong and clean use of typography
  • Superior layout skills
  • An understanding of color theory and practices graphic design fundamentals
  • Knowledgeable of digital ad best practices
  • Experience preparing press-ready files
  • Effective communicator

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of design experience with eComm in fashion, beauty, and/or lifestyle
  • Bachelor degree (BA Graphic Design preferred) or similar proven work experience
  • Strong design skills with a passion for current and upcoming trends in digital design, fashion, and retail communities
  •  A strong background in digital design, print, packaging, and branding is a must
  •  Experience retouching product and lifestyle photos for web & print
  • A forward-thinking mindset that helps drive us to create the future
  • An eternal student — inspired to continuously evolve your skills and technique through the research of current trends and/or taking related classes
  • Expert knowledge with Adobe CS
  • Experience with photography a huge plus
  • Must include portfolio displaying work in digital space
