Emptor looking for FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Emptor is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team as a Full Stack Developer. We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. This programmer will be responsible for designing user interactions and developing and implementing dashboards for our clients integrating with various AWS, among other duties.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in New York, Emptor is a fully remote B2B SaaS startup. We are focused on solving trust and safety issues in Latin America by using big data. Emptor currently serves large multinational technology firms operating in the region by building tools for operational decision making on a large scale. We have opportunities in product, sales, finance, infrastructure, architecture, web scraping, NLP, ML and data science.
Remote – Global team, 8:00 AM UTC-5 to 8:00 PM UTC-5.
Willing to work around the Americas timezones.
A minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping high quality code.
Django and React experience.
Fluency in the Python programming language.
Strong background in computer science fundamentals.
Previous hands-on experience with AWS DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions.
Demonstration of systems-oriented thinking: edge cases, failure modes, and life cycles.

Advanced understanding of data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
