Follett looking for Temporary Data Entry Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

The temporary office worker position will be assisting the department with general office needs.

  • Executes administrative/clerical duties.
  • Computer work and data entry.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information/data/calls.
  • Maintains and updates filing for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Prepares reports and forms, and compiles data from various locations to produce routine or miscellaneous reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a High School or General Education Diploma.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
  • Minimum of six months of related experience desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
