JOB SUMMARYPerform a leading role in applications systems analysis, design, and creation of new systems and technologies. Works with the Sr. Manager in developing, modifying and maintaining more complex existing systems in order to meet internal and external user requirements. The Web developer II will coordinate with Enterprise Architecture and Corporate IT Build regarding development architecture and deployment standards. They will work closely with Product Management and Database Administrators in the development of applications and services meant to enhance the Associate engagement. The Web Developer II will provide code reviews and establish standards within the CEC tech development team regarding quality and readiness checks.


Education and Experience

JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5,CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, Teamwork, Verbal Communication,cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), SecurityPrinciples, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), MultimediaContent Development, API’s


  • Work closely with currentIS Developers to ensure the reporting platforms supported by IS are stable,robust, adaptable and easy to use
  • Supports existing systemsand small to medium-sized development projects
  • Develop solutions forbusiness problems as needed; conducts design and code reviews
  • Organizes, coordinatesand conducts system integration testing
  • UI design and ensuringconsistent look and feel across interfaces
