PIMCO looking for Expense Data Entry Clerk

 

Position Description

This role is responsible for entering and coding expenses within Concur and linking expenses to activities in the Client Relationship Management software. Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor.

The following key activities are included in the role:

  • Expense Entry
      • Entering expenses in the Concur system
      • Submitting up to 30 expense reports monthly
      • Ensuring that all expenses on the monthly AMEX Corporate Card Statement are entered in Concur
      • Including supervisor approvals for expenses that are over hotel limits and meet policy guidelines
      • Collecting receipts for entertainment and meals and including attendee names
      • Linking entertainment and meals with clients attending to respective Activity Notes in CRM
  • Tracking Expenses
      • All expenses are tracked in a Central Support system to be organized and updated as expenses are completed
      • Provide status updates
