Randstad Holding looking for Data Entry Associate ($19/Hr)


Job Description

  • Add and update customer entities (add, maintain merge) within our CRM system related to the current firm priorities and Distribution initiatives – conferences, platform launches and marketing campaigns
  • Perform adhoc searches and analysis based on sales requests
  • Complete daily matching of transactions to financial advisors, using information provided and gathered through firm files, independent research via internet and phone
  • Use business experience and logic to execute trade resolution data accurately and in a timely manner to assist sales and marketing distribution activities
  • Communicate with internal and external data providers and customer firms to resolve various data errors that occur in the trade resolution process


  • 4 year College degree
  • Verbal and written communication skills – ability to represent within the industry
  • Previous industry experience, ideally working within Distribution area
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
  • Previous experience working within a CRM system
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • SQL and Tableau experience is a plus
