Full understanding of Google Trends and how to leverage for search.
Determine scope of new SEO projects in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
Ability to perform content gap analysis and create recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
Core skill to provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
Core skill to implement and administer SEO functional requirements for XML sitemaps (video, news, and standard), robots.txt, canonicals, taxonomy, and schema).
Core skill to monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings. Local, Universal, Voice, Image.
Core skill to monitor, analyze, and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
Core skill to understand the integration opportunities between organic and paid search.
Core skill to provide oversight and serve as quality control when working with various stakeholders.
Create and optimize local map listings on Google My Business and citations.
Work with the management team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Define requirements, tasks, acceptance criteria and resources associated to SEO strategy.
Keep pace with SEO, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and development.

Experienced with WordPress and Content Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of search engine guidelines, algorithms and current ranking factors.
Strong understanding of Google Webmaster Guidelines.
