Job Description

VitusVet is seeking a talented, entrepreneurial and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join the team in Baltimore, MD or work remotely. This is a full-time position that will oversee initiatives to help grow and scale the adoption of the VitusVet B2B platform and consumer mobile app. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with multiple departments to oversee digital marketing priorities from beginning to end.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Gain an understanding of current digital marketing program
  • Ensure digital marketing campaigns are conveyed clearly and delivered properly across local markets
  • Become the VitusVet digital marketing subject matter expert
  • Expand/optimize our new lead nurture email program in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop a new retention digital marketing program in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Implement approved programs in collaboration with product team
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through digital channels
  • Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to propose new campaigns
  • Segment lists based on behaviors, email engagement and website interactions



We are seeking highly-driven individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced startup. Successful candidates will have a belief in our mission to improve the wellbeing of pets, and also have the following skills and qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Comfort with Hubspot is a plus (we currently use Hubspot + Salesforce)
  • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
  • Understanding of digital advertising and email best practices
  • Strong time/project management skills
  • Google Analytics experience
  • HTML and CSS experience is a plus
